Chicago – Get ready to meet Mr. Chicago, one of 12 firefighters featured in a national calendar, showing off his abs for a good cause.
The calendar will benefit 12 charities; each firefighter is picking his own. Chicago firefighter Terrance McSwain is helping raise money for the Muscular Distrophy Association.
“It is an extreme honor to be in an elite group of people to help find a cure for this horrible disease for people,” he said. “And yes, if you have to use my body to do so, go ahead.”
All the men chosen for the calendar must be good-looking, have a strong work ethic, and they must represent their department by being in good shape — we’re talking hot.
“Nation’s Bravest: Firefighters Unite 2012 Calendar” will be in stores and online by the end of August.
